Revd Robert Soanes, married with three children. Robert was a licensed insolvency practitioner and was leading a church in Lowestoft while pursuing his career until he was ordained fourteen years ago. He trained at Wesley College in Bristol and is currently Methodist minister in Lowestoft and the Raveningham Local Ecumenical Partnership as well as Loddon.

Revd Richard Seel, married with three children. Richard trained in Norwich as an Ordained Local Minister, being ordained in 2004, and transferred to Non-Stipendiary Ministry in 2007. After spending thirty years as a film editor and manager in the BBC, Richard now works as an Organisation Consultant. His main focus is on the villages of Chedgrave and Hardley. He also oversees Xpressions Cafe and associated initiatives. Richard is a member of the Norwich Diocesan Mission Support Team and has his own website.
