Carpenter’s Arms

 Three parts:

Café runs for two hours.

All Age Worship team (augmented) run the café sessions.

People can come and go as they please.

Good quality real coffee is served (buy espresso machine?)

Waitress service?

Get rid of long tables and replace with smaller square table (can fit together if longer tables needed)?

Café has no front, so everything happens from tables.

Perhaps have ten minute periods of ‘worship’—a song, a ‘thought for the day’, an ‘open mike’ slot, etc.

Video could play on (three?) flat screen monitors so that people don’t have to ‘face the front’.

Talks and open mike sessions could be displayed on monitors by using a video camera.

Xpressions team run the kidzone.

‘Drop-in’ nature. Some will stay a long time, others will visit briefly.

Multiple simultaneous activities interspersed with some ‘together time’?

Run by the Inspire team (assuming such a thing exists).

Ambient, quiet space.

Perhaps some guided meditation from time to time.

Perhaps a teaching zone at back of church at set times?
